A filter assembly of coaxial breath valve integrated with expiratory channel, belong to the field of manufacturing gas mask. The filter assembly is composed of breath filter body (1), annular one-way valve clack (2), wafer one-way valve clack (3) and valve sheet baffle ring(4).The breath filter body (1) is composed of two coaxial cylinders; the center of the small diameter cylinder is provided with core shaft (9) which is sleeved with wafer one-way valve clack(3); the valve sheet baffle ring (4) is clamped on the top part of the small diameter cylinder; and the annular one-way valve clack (2) is sleeved in a large diameter cylinder. The wafer one-way valve clack (3) and the annular one-way valve clack (2) are coaxially arranged, and the distance of a respiration circulation channel is shortened, so a mask is smooth in respiration, comfortable to wear and difficult to slip off, and the machining difficulty of mould making and injection molding is reduced, and the comprehensive tightness and isolation of the mask are improved. |
