PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage device with cost reduction, and a vehicle having the power storage device mounted thereon.SOLUTION: A secondary battery includes an electrode body 14. The electrode body 14 includes: a long overlapped body 20 including a negative electrode sheet 22 and a pair of separators 23 to sandwich the negative electrode sheet 22; and a plurality of positive electrode sheets 21. The long overlapped body 20 is of a folded zigzag shape, and each positive electrode sheet 21 is sandwiched between the portions of the long overlapped body 20. On each circumferential surface 22a of the portion of the negative electrode sheet 22 that forms each bent portion 20a of the long overlapped body 20, there is formed an uncoated portion 80 on which a negative electrode active material layer 42 is not coated. |
