PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy in failure detection of a hall sensor detecting a phase of a rotor.SOLUTION: A control device 10 comprises: a correction amount calculation part 46 for calculating a phase correction amount of an output signal of a hall sensor 80 according to an induction voltage generated at a stator coil of a synchronous motor 31; a storage part 90 in which a reference value is stored; a failure detection part 50 for detecting the failure of the hall sensor when a difference between the phase correction amount calculated by the correction amount calculation part 46 and the reference balue is equal to or larger than a predetermined value; a control part 47 for controlling the synchronous motor 31 on the basis of a detection position of a rotor corrected by the phase correction amount stored in the storage part 90; and a reference value update part 50 for updating the reference value stored in the storage part 90 on the basis of the phase correction amount by the correction amount calculation part 46. The failure detection part 50 changes the predetermined value to a small value upon updating the reference value by the reference value update part 50. |
