PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a mutual usage of traffic information between a plurality of service servers even in a case where traffic information is based on a different format when a service server of a service provider is different.SOLUTION: A traffic information conversion device comprises: a plurality of service servers 10, 20, 30 and 40 that collects traffic information from a probe vehicle 5 and a road side sensor 2 and can provide individual traffic information based on a unique format to an on-vehicle device 6; and a central server 50 that can perform an information communication with these service servers. When the central server 50 obtains the individual traffic information transmitted from the service servers, the central server converts the information into common traffic information based on a common format and stores the common traffic information in a data base 51. The stored common traffic information is converted into individual traffic information based on respective unique formats of the service servers, and converted individual common traffic information is transmitted to the service servers.
