PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably take out powder from a powder storage container even if the amount of powder such as toner becomes small.SOLUTION: A powder storage container 66 is attached to a powder conveying device 8. The powder conveying device 8 includes: a discharge unit 67 that has a surface wall that can be partially deformed, is attached with a toner storage unit 66 that stores toner T, and is for discharging the toner T in the toner storage unit 66 to the outside; and a feeding member 81 that moves to the discharge unit 67 side while pressing the deformable part of the toner storage container 66 to the inside to feed the toner T to the discharge unit 67. The powder storage container 66 includes a conveying member 89 that moves in conjunction with the movement of the feeding member 81 inside the container.
