PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for specifying a cavity of a pavement more inexpensively and accurately than in the conventional method.SOLUTION: First, a pavement is surveyed by an electromagnetic wave radar, and then, a pavement bearing power is measured in an abnormal area in which an abnormality estimated to be caused by something other than a pavement component is recognized and its surrounding area. Anyone can grasp whether the abnormality measured by the electromagnetic wave radar is caused by a cavity or an underground installation or the like without performing complicated processing, such as waveform processing of the electromagnetic wave radar by combining a waveform analysis result of the electromagnetic wave radar and a measurement result of the pavement bearing power. The three-dimensional size of a pavement cavity also can be grasped by using an imaging device or the like. Further, survey can be performed at low cost by using not a special device but a well-known popular device in this invention. |
