[Problem] The purpose of the present invention is to optimize fairness of throughput in terminal devices in wireless communication networks, and to do so, provided is a technique for selecting combinations of communication terminals and wireless access networks. [Solution] Provided is a wireless communication network system constituted of a plurality of wireless access networks and terminal devices corresponding to a plurality of types of wireless access networks, wherein a method for selecting a destination network optimizes fairness of throughput in terminal devices. Problems related to combinations between optimized terminal devices and the destination network are modeled as a minimum cost flow problem. A computing means of a computer calculates a precise solution for the minimum cost flow problem, and a network selection results outputting means of the computer outputs combination results for each of the terminal devices and the destination network. |
