PURPOSE: A joint status detection device of tire carcass is provided to prevent quality defects if joints are opened when the cut carcass is jointed in a carcass cutting process of tires. CONSTITUTION: A joint status detection device of tire carcass checks abnormality of a carcass joint connection part which is jointed to a splicer. In the joint status detection device of tire carcass, a shielding room(109) is installed in the upper part between the splicer and an exhaust conveyor. The shielding room comprises air inlets(111); right and left diaphragms(112) which are controlled to be fitted with width standard; right and left ball screws(113) which move the right and left diaphragms; a linear guide(114) which guides the right and left diaphragms which move along the right and left ball screws; a driving motor(115) which drives the left and right ball screws; and a piezoelectric sensor(116) which is installed in the frame in the lower part of the carcass which passes the lower surface of the right and left diaphragms. |
