A seal plate (P1 to P9) configured to be interposed in a cooling flow channel (F3) defined between adjacent ones of at least two cell modules (M), the cooling flow channel (F3) configured to allow a cooling fluid to flow therethrough. The seal plate (P1 to P9) includes: a manifold portion (ML, MR), seal members (51 to 54), and a pressure-drop adjustment portion (B1 to B9). The pressure-drop adjustment portion (B1 to B9) reduces or adjusts a pressure drop of the cooling fluid flowing through the cooling flow channel (F3). |
