PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric cable with fixed metal fittings in which fixed metal fittings and an electric cable can be easily positioned at a predetermined angle without performing precise angle matching using e.g., an angle measuring instrument when caulking and fixing the fixed metal fittings, and a manufacturing method of the electric cable with fixed metal fittings.SOLUTION: An electric cable 1 with fixed metal fittings comprises an electric cable 2 having flexibility and fixed metal fittings 3 and 4 which include tubular first sleeve parts 31 and 41 and second sleeve parts 32 and 42 for accommodating end portions of the electric cable 2 and are fixed to the electric cable 2 by caulking the first sleeve parts 31 and 41. In the electric cable 2, recesses 26 and 27 are formed in the end portions. In the fixed metal fittings 3 and 4, protrusions 33 and 43 are formed inside of the first sleeve parts 31 and 41. The first sleeve parts 31 and 41 are caulked while fitting the recesses 26 and 27 of the electric cable and the protrusions 33 and 43 of the fixed metal fittings 3 and 4. |
