PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroacoustic transducer capable of radiating ultrasonic waves with a sufficient sound pressure in a frequency band between a primary resonant frequency and a secondary resonant frequency.SOLUTION: An electroacoustic transducer 100 comprises a piezoelectric oscillator 13, a metal plate 14 fixed to the piezoelectric oscillator 13, a vibrating member 15 fixed to the metal plate 14, and an input section 20. The input section 20 inputs a signal to the piezoelectric oscillator 13 and oscillates the piezoelectric oscillator 13, thereby oscillating ultrasonic waves from the vibrating member 15. A differential between a primary resonant frequency and a secondary resonant frequency of the electroacoustic transducer 100 is 20 kHz or less.
