PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ignition plug of which the ignitability to a mixture is improved more.SOLUTION: In an ignition plug 12 for a spark ignition type internal combustion engine, an electric field generated within a combustion chamber of a cylinder via an antenna facing the inside of the combustion chamber interacts with spark discharge generated between a center electrode 121 and a ground electrode 122 of the ignition plug 12. In the ignition plug 12, a metal 125 which is oxidized by being exposed in plasma is provided in the center electrode 121 or in the ground electrode 122. |
