The present invention relates to a reclining apparatus for a vehicle seat, comprising: a gear plate provided to be connected to a seat cushion and having an external gear formed on the outer circumference thereof and coupling protrusions formed along the circumference of a rotation radius smaller than that of the external gear; a mobile flange provided to be connected to a seat back and having an internal gear formed on the inner circumference thereof and being eccentrically engaged with the external gear; and an operating unit provided in an operating space between the center hole of the gear plate and the center hole of the mobile flange and enabling the mobile flange to eccentrically rotate relative to the gear plate. |
