The manually operated hoisting/towing device comprises: a converting gear (5), which engages with a metal conversion hook provided on an operation lever and converts the manual operation force applied on the operation lever to a hoisting drive force; a securing support ring (25) disposed around a drive member (4), which is fitted around a drive shaft (3) so as to be capable of transmitting the hoisting drive force, the securing support ring being for installing the operation lever so as to be rotatable; a rotation support ring (26) formed on the operation lever and rotatably fitted on the inner circumference of the securing support ring (25); and on the converting gear (5), a drive member contact-preventing section (5a), which limits contact between the rotation support ring (26) and the drive member (4). |
