The railing has upright posts (4) that are connected with each other in a plane through a handle bar (5). The posts are hinged in base region of base (7) along plane of layer pivoted into the horizontal position from standing position through securing devices. Several resilient plates (8) with gravel are arranged in the base, and are widened away from the pivot with large weight. Only two or three uprights provided at the end of the handle bar connecting surfaces are connected with railing elements (3a-3d) of same type. The distance between the posts is equal to the height of the post.
