The seat (1) has a seat back (4) optionally provided with a headrest (5). A padding is arranged at a support structure and consists of foam material (26). A piping (23) is arranged below a cover at predesignated edges or edges of the padding. The piping is extended over a predesignated length parallel to the predesignated edges or edges of the padding. The piping exhibits high strength than that of the foam material of the padding such that characteristics of the piping are represented by a shape of a specific edge (41) of the piping. The piping is a hose or a full profile. The cover is made of natural fibers and/or artificial fibers. Face portions of the cover are made of synthetic leather and/or natural leather. The piping is made of expanded rubber or thermoplastic elastomer.
