PURPOSE: A rice cake producing apparatus capable of easily cleaning or sterilizing is provided to use high-pressure steam for rapidly and instantly cooking rice cake. CONSTITUTION: A rice cake producing apparatus comprises the following: a feed valve unit(14) selectively supplying water into a first housing; a heating device unit heating the water inside the first housing for generating steam; a steam discharging unit selectively supplying the steam outside the first housing; a rice cake cooking container unit inflowing the steam discharged from the steam discharging unit by being connected to an outlet of the steam discharging unit, for cooking rice cake ingredients; a temperature and pressure sensor(65) detecting the pressure or the temperature of the steam generated inside the first housing; a display unit(62) installed on one of first to third housings; a steam cleaner(70) bypassing the steam from the first housing; and a controller controlling the feed valve unit, the heating device unit, and the steam discharging unit. |
