PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Co-based alloy for living body free in nickel, high in strength and elastic modulus and favorable in plastic workability.SOLUTION: A Co-Cr-W-Fe type Co-based alloy for living body has a composition of Cr: 5-30 mass%, W: 5-20 mass%, Fe: 1-15 mass%, Co as a residue and incidental impurities. When the content of W is 5-10 mass%, the Fe content can be set within a range of 1-5 mass%. When the content of W is 11-20 mass%, the Fe content can be set within a range of 3-15 mass%. |
