PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tacky adhesive sheet retaining sufficient tacky adhesive power, and excellent in handleability after peeling a separator such as paper passability.SOLUTION: A tacky adhesive sheet is provided with a substrate layer and a tacky adhesive layer, where the ball number is 2 or less in the ball tack test of the tacky adhesive layer, and adhesive power to a silicon mirror wafer is 0.3 N/20 mm or greater. By using such tacky adhesive sheet, a tacky adhesive sheet satisfying both sufficient tacky adhesive power as the tacky adhesive sheet and handleability after peeling a separator such as paper passability can be obtained. |
