PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily handle an implantation device which implants a collision body in a rotation area of a fan blade and to control implantation timing with high accuracy in the implantation device.SOLUTION: An implantation device includes: a shaft 2 to the tip of which a collision body is attached; a spring 4 which energizes the shaft 2 in the direction going from the rear end to the tip; an electromagnet 7 which adsorbs and holds the shaft 2 pushed into the rear end side against energization force of the spring 2; and a power supply part 8 which supplies power to the electromagnet 7.
