PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic channel that can securely fix a magnetic pole portion to a support portion and can generate a predetermined magnetic field gradient.SOLUTION: A gradient collector 10 includes a pair of magnetic pole plates 20, 20 which are arranged opposite each other across an orbit space S of a charge particle beam, a support plate 30 which is made of a nonmagnetic member and supports the magnetic pole plates 20, and a fixing bolt 40 which has a portion (a first shaft portion 41) on the side of the magnetic pole plate 20 made of a magnetic body and a portion (a second shaft portion 42) on the side of the support plate 30 made of a nonmagnetic body, and fixes the magnetic pole plate 20 to the support plate 30. Consequently, the magnetic pole plate 20 can be securely fixed to the support plate 30, and a predetermined magnetic field gradient can be generated. |
