PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and properly determine whether a vehicle is travelling on a bad road.SOLUTION: A bad road determination device (100) includes: a cylinder pressure detection means (222) for detecting a cylinder pressure, which is a pressure in a combustion chamber (201) in a vehicle internal combustion engine (200); a crank angle detection means (205) for detecting a crank angle, which is an angle of a crank angle (204) of an internal combustion engine; a cylinder pressure calculation means (110) for calculating a cylinder pressure from the crank angle; a difference calculation means (120) for calculating an absolute value of a difference between a detection value and a calculation value in the cylinder pressure in a compression cycle; a cycle calculation means (130) for calculating a cycle in which the absolute value of the difference is equal to or more then a specific value from the difference between a first time (t1) where the absolute value of the difference is the specific value or more, and a second time (t2) where the absolute value of the difference is the specific value or more after the first time; and a determination means (140) for determining whether a road on which a vehicle is travelling is bad road based on a calculated cycle. |
