PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel pipe joint with which steel pipes that should be connected can be connected easily and surely even if diameters of the steel pipes are varied a little, a steel pipe pile using the same and a steel pipe press-fitting method using the steel pipe joint.SOLUTION: A steel pipe joint 1 constituting a steel pipe pile 2 comprises a joint body 10, a supporting outer tube 20, and a joint operating part 30. The joint body 10 includes a notched part 12 which extends in an extending direction of a bus of a cylinder at one position in the circumferential direction thereof, and a lateral cross section of the joint body 10 is C-shaped. In the joint body 10, a female screw part 17 is provided at one side, and steel pipes 6, 7 are loosely fitted to terminal parts 13, 14. The supporting outer tube 20 is loosely fitted to the joint body, is formed in a circular ring shape and includes an opening 26 at one position in the circumferential direction thereof. The joint operating part 30 extends through the opening and a screw hole of the female screw part to the inside of the joint body while being threaded from the fastening force input head positioned at an outer circumferential side of the supporting outer tube to the female screw part and operates as a diameter expanding force application part which exerts a diameter expanding force for expanding a diameter of the joint body upon an inner wall part of the joint body with an extending terminal part when a fastening torque is received in a direction where screwing is promoted. |
