PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spool coupler for a fishing line, which is configured so that a plurality of spools can be connected together and carried in an integrated manner, and the type of the fishing line wound on each spool can be easily discriminated.SOLUTION: A spool coupler includes a plurality of spool bodies 10, each of the spool bodies having a reel unit 14 having flanges provided at both ends of a winding core 11, a central cylindrical shaft 15 provided concentrically with the winding core 11, and a side plate 16 connecting one end side of the central cylindrical shaft 15 to the flange on one end side of the reel unit 14 in a planar manner. The spool body 10 has a recessed engagement portion 18 in a shaft hole of the central cylindrical shaft 15 on the side having the side plate 16, and is combined, on the other end portion of the central cylindrical shaft 15, with an engaging protruding member 20 including an engaging projection 22 which is fitted to the recessed engagement portion 18 to keep an engaged state to thereby provide a first spool 1, and with an engaging recessed member 30 including an engaging recess 32 to which the engaging projection 22 is fitted to thereby provide a second spool 2. |
