FB is a distance between an apex of an image-side surface of the third lens and the image plane. F1 is a distance between an object-side surface of the first lens and the image plane. G1R2 is a curvature radius of an image-side surface of the first lens. F1 is focal length of the first lens. D1 is a distance between the end of the effective diameter of an image-side surface of the second lens and an optical axis of the image lens module in a direction perpendicular to the optical axis. D2 is a distance between the end of the effective diameter of the image-side surface of the second lens and an apex of the image-side surface of the second lens along the optical axis.
