PURPOSE: A cutting insert of a tangential direction and a milling cutter including the same are provided to improve durability by strengthening the rigidity of a drawing line and enhance efficiency in use by introducing eight main drawing lines. CONSTITUTION: A cutting insert of a tangential direction comprises first plates(103-1,104-1) and second plates(103-2,104-2). A main drawing line(108) is formed in an intersection unit intersecting the first plate and the upper surface(101) and in an intersection unit intersecting the second plate and the lower surface(102). The sub drawing line(109) is formed in an intersection unit intersecting the first plate and the second plate. |
