A vehicle ECV(Electric Control Valve) controller and a control method thereof are provided to increase the precision in ECV current control by a feedback signal of an ECV current sensing value. An ECV loadless diagnosing part(10a) senses an ECV loadless state of a compressor. An ECV current monitor part(10b) outputs an ECV control signal by receiving a current sensing value of an ECV by a received PWM signal, which is a feedback signal. A microcomputer(30) diagnoses the existence of the loadless state according to the output from the ECV loadless diagnosing part, monitors a current trajectory according to the input from the ECV current monitor part, and outputs the PWM signal as a feedback signal, so as to make an ECV current to approach an ECV control value. |
