PURPOSE: A device for exercising abdominal muscles is provided to facilitate the keeping thereof at home and to enable anyone to easily exercise abdominal muscles. CONSTITUTION: A device for exercising abdominal muscles comprises a bed unit(100) having a flat form, a head unit(200) which is formed in a form of being bent to the upper side from one side of the bed unit, and a handle unit(300) equipped in both sides of the head unit. In the middle of the bed unit, a hinge unit(400) is formed for folding. In the side of the middle of the bed unit, a holder is formed. |
