PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent displacement of a turning scroll due to pressure of a working fluid with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: In a tapered roller bearing 22 in a single row interposed between an eccentric shaft 19 and the turning scroll 23, an intersection K2 between a line X1 of action and the center line L2 is arranged closer to a counter-turning scroll 23 side than an intersection K3 between a reference line X2 and the center line L2, when a line crossing at a right angle with a contact surface 33 of an outer ring 31 in contact with a tapered roller 32 is the line X1 of action, and a line passing though an intersection K1 of the line X1 of action and crossing at a right angle with the center line L2 of the tapered roller bearing 22 is the reference line X2. When a radial load F1 is applied to the outer ring 31, component force in the thrust direction directed to the turning scroll 23 is generated in the outer ring 31. A thrust load applied to the turning scroll 23 by expansion force of the working fluid is offset by the component force in the thrust direction. Displacement of the turning scroll 23 is prevented, and a sealing degree of an expansion chamber is maintained, thereby improving expansion efficiency of a scroll type expander. |
