PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a starter control device for detecting a disabled state of an automatic starting circuit that automatically restarts an engine, before automatically stopping first the engine started in response to start operation by a driver of a vehicle.SOLUTION: An ECU 11 is provided with a user-start transistor T1 which is turned on in response to a user-start signal SUS generated by driver's start operation and turns on a relay 27 to turn on a starter 15; and an automatic-start transistor T2 which is turned on by a microcomputer 41 in automatically restarting an automatically-stopped engine 13, to turn on the relay 27. The microcomputer 41 turns on the transistor T2 when detecting ON of the transistor T1, forcibly turns off the transistor T1 by turning on a transistor T3, and determines whether the transistor T2 is normally turned on or not, on the basis of a monitor signal SM. |
