PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize a water level of a water discharge tank when being filled with water.SOLUTION: A float 26 operating by a water level of dew condensation water is arranged in a water discharging tank 13, a detecting plate 32 and a switch 30 are arranged inside of a frame opposing the float 26, the air conditioner has a mechanism in which an arm 29 is extended from the float 26 to the detecting plate 32 side, the arm 29 pushes the detecting plate 32 and activates the switch 30, thereby an air-conditioner is made operable and which releases the switch 30 and stops the operation of the air conditioner by the arm 29 coming off from the detecting plate 32 by the float 26 turning when the tank 13 is fully filled with water, an angle between the arm 29 and the detecting plate 32 of a surface with which the arm 29 comes into contact is set larger when detecting to be fully filled with water than during normal operations. |
