PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold coil which avoids the occurence of regions of extra mold resin parts and reduces a resin amount required for insert molding, which effectively prevents water intrusion due to the occurence of voids and cracks caused by a linear expansion coefficient difference between a magnet frame and a mold resin, inhibits electrical short circuits and corrosion, and reliability functions as a mold coil.SOLUTION: A magnetic frame 20 is formed by a lower magnetic frame 42, to which a ground terminal 28 is connected, and an upper magnetic frame 44. A mold resin part 80 is formed around a bobbin assembly 32 by integrally molding the bobbin assembly 32, composed of a bobbin 24 and a feeding terminal 26, with the lower magnetic frame 42. Then, the upper magnetic frame 44 is attached to the lower magnetic frame 42 so as to cover the mold resin part 80. |
