PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To early detect reduction vacuum degree of a condenser due to a fault of a facility to prevent a reduction in the vacuum degree, to maintain the vacuum degree of the condenser for a predetermined period, and to avoid sudden stop of a steam turbine, accordingly.SOLUTION: A condenser vacuum control device 15 includes a start ejector 6 for starting a condenser 5, a steam valve 6a and air valve 6b, and an emergency control part 12b. The emergency control part 12b compares a preset reduction limit of a vacuum degree with the vacuum degree of the condenser 5. The emergency control part 12b executes control to fully open the steam valve 6a when the vacuum degree of the condenser 5 is less than the reduction limit, and executes control to open the air valve 6b after detecting that the steam valve 6a is fully opened. |
