PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrosion prevention coating technology for steel material welded joint section by which a coating material is not shifted to the surface of a steel material or is not peeled from the surface of the steel material even when a heating process is applied, and in addition, the removal of the coating layer after forming such as a split die made of metal is not required.SOLUTION: A cover 10 made of an insulating body having an injection port 14A and an air discharging port 12A which can form a sealed space 18 to the outer peripheral surface of a steel material (steel pipe 20) is fitted on the outer periphery of the steel material (20) in a desired length range including a welded joint section 22. From the injection port 14A, a thermosetting resin material is injected and filled in the sealed space 18 and cured. The steel material (20) is covered with the thermosetting resin 30 after cured and the cover 10 made of the insulating body. |
