PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply control system that enables utilization of required electrical apparatuses even in a situation that availability of power supply falls below power consumption.SOLUTION: A power supply control system 10 comprises: power supply means 1; an area EMS2 that receives supply of power from the power supply means 1 and manages power supply to an object area; and consumers EMS3-1 through 4 connected to the area EMS2 and to electrical apparatuses of consumers 4-1 through 4. The area EMS2 comprises: a power supply schedule generation section for generating a power supply schedule (PS) that allocates two-staged power levels or more to the consumers 4-1 through 4 in a time-division manner on the basis of availability of the power supply acquired from the power supply means 1; and a real time management section that retrieves any of the consumers 4-1 through 4 whose power consumption exceeds a value set by the power supply schedule (PS) and issues a consumption suppression command to any of the consumers 4-1 through 4 retrieved on the basis of a current value of availability of the power supply, current values of the power supply schedule (PS) of the consumers 4-1 through 4, and data of the power consumption of the consumers 4-1 through 4. |
