The present invention relates to a method and an interaction control system for controlling the interaction between a first entity and a second entity. The method comprises method of controlling the interaction between a first entity and a second entity, wherein said first entity is a patient and said second entity is a member of surgical team; said method comprising: - providing an interaction control system comprising first storage space (310) for storing representative data of the first entity, said first storage space (310) comprising first data fields (305) regarding the kind of surgery requested by said first entity; said interaction control system further comprising third storage space (330) for storing: a plurality of individual pieces of essential information (332) of said first entity; each individual piece of essential information (332) being associated to said first data fields (305) regarding the kind of surgery and being taken before surgery; a collection of standardized forms (335), in which a plurality of predefined options (337) are available for the first entity and the first entity is only allowed to select one or more of said predefined options (337);- during a data collection step, preventing direct interaction between the first entity and the second entity and, by using said interaction control system, filling in said first data field (305) regarding the kind of surgery requested by said first entity - said interaction control system, during one or more of interaction steps between the first entity and the second entity, selecting said individual pieces of essential information (332) and said predefined options (337) of said standardized forms (335) according to said first data field (305) in order to control the interaction between said first entity and said second entity. |
