The present invention is a conductive polymer composition comprising poly-3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene (PEDOT), polystyrenesulfonic acid (PSS), at least one anionic surfactant selected from the group consisting of anionic surfactants represented by general formula (1) and anionic surfactants represented by general formula (2), and solvent, wherein the anionic surfactants are added at a ratio of 0.5 to 5.5 parts by mass per a total of 100 parts by mass of PEDOT and PSS. (In formula (1), X is an oxygen atom, and the like. Y1 through Y7 are each independently a hydrogen atom, and the like. Z is a hydrogen atom, and the like.
