<p>A constant current source circuit of a negative resistance characteristic comprises a voltage detection circuit (501), a constant current source (502), and an output circuit (503). The constant current source (502) provides currents for the voltage detection circuit (501) and the output circuit (503), and a current flowing through the constant current source (502) is the sum of the current provided by the constant current source (502) for the voltage detection circuit (501) and the current provided by the constant current source (502) for the output circuit (503). The voltage detection circuit (501) absorbs a larger current as a working voltage rises. The larger the current provided by the constant current source (502) for the voltage detection circuit (501), the smaller the current provided for the output circuit (503). The output circuit (503) directly outputs the current provided by the constant current source (502) for the output circuit (503), or outputs the current provided by the constant current source (502) for the output circuit (503) after amplifying or reducing the current. When the working voltage is high, a small bias current is provided, so that power consumption of the circuit is lowered.</p> |
