ENDORSEMENT RAFTERS, AND A METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Additional rafters and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the amount of wooden materials used for rafters, improve structural rigidity, and to lower construction costs. CONSTITUTION: Additional rafters comprise a shaped steel, an insertion bar (200), and a rafter (300). A plurality of insertion bars is welded to the outer side of the shaped steel at a regular gap and is inserted to the rafter. The shaped steel is formed into an L-shaped steel. The inner bottom of the L-shaped steel is formed with boring holes at a regular gap. The insertion bar is made of a steel bar (210). The front end of the steel bar is installed with an arrow-shaped barb (220). The rafter is formed with an uneven groove (310) inside the center of the same.
