PURPOSE: A patient management system and a patient management method thereof are provided to plan optimal medical treatment for a patient by enabling a doctor to grasp the change of the patient in real time. CONSTITUTION: A doctor terminal (110) is a terminal for inputting and outputting the situation information of a patient for doctors or nurses to posses. A radio signal transmitting device (120) is possessed by the patient and transmits a radio signal including a patient identification number corresponding to the patient. A radio signal receiving device (130) is installed at multiple positions in a hospital for receiving a radio signal and transmitting patient situation information. The radio signal receiving device includes the patient identification number included in the radio signal received from the radio signal transmitting device into the patient situation information for transmitting to a patient information transmitting device (140) in real time.
