Abstract 5 A medical graft product for treating a fistula comprises a molded graft construct. The molded graft construct comprises one or more pieces of sheet-form collagenous extracellular matrix material defining contacting layer portions of the sheet-form collagenous extracellular matrix material. The contacting layer portions of the sheet-form collagenous extracellular matrix material are sufficiently dehydrothermally bonded to one another to provide said graft 10 construct as a substantially unitary structure. Methods for making and using a medical product fort the treatment of an anorectal fistula are also provided.
