PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exposure correction technology for suppressing effect on characteristics of a lens array generated with a lens pitch.SOLUTION: A control section of an image forming apparatus generates correction image data 200 including at least either first image data 200 that forms correction image groups 210, 220, 230 containing a plurality of correction images (a-f) with the length of a main scanning direction being a lens pitch LP or more so that each of the correction images (a-f) is arranged in a sub scanning direction at a position shifted with less than the lens pitch LP in a main scanning direction, one another, or second image data that forms the groups so that each of the correction images is arranged in the main scanning direction at intervals of less than d (d:integral of 2 or more)×lens pitch + lens pitch, each other, controls an exposing section and an image forming section based on the correction image data 200, and forms the correction image groups 210, 220, 230 on a recorded medium or a conveying section. |
