PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device etc. capable of accurately recognizing operation contents input to a touch pad provided at a steering wheel or the like of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A CPU of a control device specifies an operable range of a driver (S120), computes a correction parameter (S135) and sets it as a correction parameter used for correction processing (S160). As a result, an operation signal is corrected to cause the enlargement or the like of an operation locus based on the operable range of the driver. A device for recognizing operation contents can thereby recognize the operation contents with accuracy.
