PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric component in which the allowable current of a conductor can be increased, by enhancing heat dissipation of the conductor without changing the structure or material thereof.SOLUTION: Heat dissipation of the conductor 12 of an electric component, i.e., a wire 10, is enhanced by covering the surface of the conductor 12 with a high dissipation coefficient material having a dissipation coefficient higher than that of the conductor material, thereby enhancing heat dissipation on the surface of the conductor 12. Dissipation coefficient on the surface of the conductor 12 is preferably 0.94 or more, for wavelength of 8-14 μm. The high dissipation coefficient material includes a black paint or an oxide film formed on the conductor material. |
