PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a liquid crystal display device that can suppress flickers caused by a DC voltage that is constantly applied to a liquid crystal capacitor, without using techniques such as adjusting the voltage value of a common voltage; a method of driving the liquid crystal display device; and an electronic apparatus having the liquid crystal display device.SOLUTION: A liquid crystal display device includes pixels each having a memory function. The liquid crystal display device supplies a common voltage to a counter electrode of a liquid crystal capacitor, and supplies either a first voltage or a second voltage to a pixel electrode of the liquid crystal capacitor, the first voltage being the same as the common voltage, the second voltage having polarity reversed every predetermined period, where the amplitude of at least the second voltage is adjusted. |
