PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a glass substrate capable of omitting a step for exfoliating a resist, and to provide a method for manufacturing a glass substrate with an electrode pattern.SOLUTION: Acid-resistant and photosensitive transparent resin layers are provided on the upper surface and the lower surface of a plate glass, respectively. Then the transparent resin layer is exposed selectively through an exposing mask having an opening in each section, and developed. Finally, the plate glass is wet-etched selectively by using as a mask a part remaining by development in the transparent resin layer, to be thereby separated into each section. |
