PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a barrel whose assembly can be easily automated, especially by a simplified square hole wheel fixing method.SOLUTION: A barrel 1 of a watch having a pivotal moving drum 2 coaxial with a barrel arbor 3 in the pivotal movement direction D, the pivotal moving drum 2 is fixed or hung to a core 5 which is coaxial with the drum 2 and the barrel arbor 3 to be guided onto the barrel arbor 3, and shuts at least one spring 4. The core 5 includes: a first core restriction surface 51 which pivotally moves in a bore 21 which the drum 2 includes, is arranged so as to restrict movement of the core 5 in the axis direction regarding the inner surface 22 of the drum 2 in the pivotal movement direction D; and a second core stop surface 52 which faces the first core restriction surface 51, and restricts the movement of the core 5 in the axis direction regarding the outer surface 23 of the drum 2 in the pivotal movement direction D, the drum 2 is arranged so as to be shut in between the first core restriction surface 51 and the second core stop surface 52 at one part, and is arranged so as to freely and pivotally move around the core 5 at the other part. |
