PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantitative evaluation method of non-ferrous metal by which high representativeness is obtained even on a production site scale let alone on a laboratory scale, and whose quantitativity is successful.SOLUTION: There is provided a quantitative evaluation method for a surface state of non-ferrous metal for photographing the surface of an electrodeposition plate by photographing means, calculating a value of standard deviation &sgr; of luminance distribution of the obtained image by arithmetic means, and for evaluating the surface state of the electrodeposition plate from the value. |
