The manifold (1) has an exhaust gas inlet (2) connectable to a combustion chamber outlet of an internal combustion engine. An exhaust gas outlet (3) is arranged downstream the exhaust gas inlet. A partial exhaust gas manifold (6) is provided downstream another partial exhaust gas manifold (5), which comprises a water jacket (7). One or multiple exhaust gas guiding exhaust lines of the former partial exhaust gas manifold are partially formed as a metal sheet component. The former partial exhaust gas manifold is entirely made of the metal sheet component.
