<p>Disclosed are a mode switching method and device, the method comprising: detecting whether the data bandwidth provided by a network that a multi-mode terminal is currently in satisfies the data bandwidth required for the current data service, the multi-mode terminal being a terminal supporting a plurality of modes; if the data bandwidth provided by the network that the multi-mode terminal is currently in does not satisfy the data bandwidth required for the current data service, then switching the multi-mode terminal from the current mode to a mode having a wider data bandwidth than the current mode. The present invention solves the problem that the quality of the current signal of a UE meets the requirements but cannot satisfy the requirement for the user data service, and switches the user mode by judging whether the data bandwidth satisfies the current data service, thus effectively satisfying the requirement for the user data service, and improving user experience.</p> |
